General Maintenance
Proper routine maintenance is the key to an efficiently operating lyophilizer with
minimal downtime, and will likely extend the life of your equipment, sub-systems and
components.
Maintenance should be performed a minimum of four times a year. Because system
use and application varies from one facility to another, system maintenance may need
to be performed more frequently.
Synoptic Screen
The Synoptic screen provides information about the status of the system.
The synoptic screen icons will indicate their status, off or on, with a message next to
each pictured component.
Note: Only qualified personnel should control the machine while in maintenance mode, since
one can potentially harm the components.
