Control Panel
--> Switch to classic
View system hardware device manager.
2. You will see a “! RAID Controller” under unknown device
3. Double click “! RAID controller”
4. Re-install
driver
5. Choose “install from a list or specific location”
6. Check “search removable media …..” and then click next
7. Choose the driver for Win XP

During installation, Win XP will prompt you to insert the RAID
driver diskette
9. Browse to the directory that contains the missing file
(D:\raid\hpt372\winxp). If you click yes without browsing, Win
XP will not find the .inf file
10. Follow the system prompt to finish the installation, and restart
the computer.
Installing Driver During OS Installation
Install driver during Windows NT4.0 installation
1. Go
to
“d:\raid\hpt372\”
directory, (assuming that your
CD-ROM is drive d) copy all the files and directory to a
floppy disk.

key when the system prompts

key, the installation will continue. Later,
installation program will remind user to press

specify other devices. Please press
