CONVERTING MOWER FORM SIDE DISCHARGE TO MULCH PLUG (FIG. 6)
The mower was shipped as a mulcher.
To convert the mower to side discharge:
NOTE: DO NOT
remove the chute deflector at any time.
To convert the mower from side discharge to mulching:

2. Insert the small tab at the top of the Mulch Cover first and
lower the wide tab at the bottom onto the bottom of the
opening in the deck.

3. Lower the Chute Deflector.
1. Lift the Chute Deflector and align the Mulch Cover with the
discharge opening in the deck.
