The serial plate is located on the rear exterior, at the top of the unit. An "E" suffix at the end of the Model Number
indicates the unit is equipped with electronic ignition.
Replacement parts may be ordered either through a Southbend Authorized Parts Distributor or a Southbend
Authorized Service Agency.
When ordering parts, please supply the Model Number, Serial Number, Part Number, Description, plus Finish, Type
of Gas and Electrical Characteristics, as applicable.
