If no audio from the wireless subwoofer can be heard, take the following steps to manually pair:
1. Press and hold the PAIR button on the subwoofer until indicator light flashing fast beside pair button.
2. Press and hold the (MUTE) button on the soundbar until "PAIR” displays on the sound bar.
3. When indicator light turn solid on the subwoofer. Pairing is successful.
