Anti-tipper assembly
3.6.2 Installation of anti-tipper
To retrofit the anti-tipper, please proceed as
follows:
1. Remove the drive wheels.
2. Remove the screw connection and threaded
bushings on both sides of the clamping flan
-
ges

and loosen the axle unit

from
the drive wheel mount
(1C)
on both sides.
3. Remove the camber adapter
(1D)
by loose-
ning the screws
(1E + 1F).
4. Mount the retaining plate of the anti-tipper
on the axle unit

.
5. Now mount the clamping flange on the axle
(3A)
.
6. Pull the complete axle unit onto the drive
wheel mounts and fasten them again with the
screws and suitable threaded bushings.
7. Now mount the camber adapter.
8. Reinstall the drive wheels.
9. Adjust the anti-tipper to the desired positi-
on.
Required tools:
Allen key Size 2.5 / 4/5
Be sure to check the functionality of the knee lever brake and the wheels.
