Using your VAIO computer

Communicating with another Bluetooth device using Bluetooth File Transfer Wizard 

You can easily transfer data, such as files or pictures, to another Bluetooth device.

To transfer data from or to another Bluetooth device, proceed as follows:

Stopping the Bluetooth connection

To stop the Bluetooth connection, proceed as follows, turn off the Wireless switch at the front of your notebook.
The Bluetooth LED turns off.

Troubleshooting Bluetooth

I cannot use the Bluetooth functions

If the Bluetooth LED is off, turn on the Wireless switch.

❑

You cannot use the Bluetooth function when the computer is in a power saving mode. Return to normal mode, then turn on the 
Wireless switch located on your notebook.

I cannot find the Bluetooth device with which I want to communicate

If the connected device is also connected to other devices, it may not appear on the 

Devices

 tab in the in your 

Remote 

Bluetooth Device Panel
