Important EMC notices for use in medical environments
• The UPA-WU10T/UPA-WU10R needs special precautions regarding EMC and needs to
be installed and put into service according to the EMC information provided in the
instructions for use.
• The UPA-WU10T/UPA-WU10R is intended for use in a professional healthcare facility
environment.
• Portable and mobile RF communications equipment, such as cellular phones, can affect the
UPA-WU10T/UPA-WU10R.
Warning
• Portable RF communications equipment should be used no closer than 30 cm (12 inches)
to any part of the UPA-WU10T/UPA-WU10R. Otherwise, degradation of the performance
of this equipment could result.
• If the UPA-WU10T/UPA-WU10R will be used adjacent to or stacked with other
