TEST MODE
SOUND FIELD CLEAR MODE
The preset sound
fi
eld is cleared when this mode is activated.
Procedure:
1. While pressing the [MUSIC] button, press the [
1
] button to
turn the power on.
2. The message “S.F. CLEAR” appears for a moment and initial-
ization is performed.
INITIALIZE MODE
All preset contents are cleared when this mode is activated.
Note:
The preset sound
fi
eld also is cleared.
Use this mode before returning the product to customers upon
completion repair.
1. Shipment Mode
Initialize backup data of EEPROM and return to the state of the
shipment.
Procedure:
1. While pressing the [2CH/MULTI] and [DIMMER] buttons,
press the [
1
] button to turn the power on.
2. The message “CLEARING” appears and the initialization is
executed.
3. When the initialization is
fi
nished, the message “CLEARED !”
appears, the set will power o
ff
automatically.
2. All Clear Initialize
Execute factory reset of syscon, initialize backup data of EEPROM
and return to the power-on state.
Procedure:
1. While pressing the [2CH/MULTI] and [DISPLAY MODE]
buttons, press the [

] button to turn the power on.
2. The message “ALL CLEAR” appears and the initialization of
syscon is executed.
3. When the initialization is
fi
nished, the message “CLEARED !”
appears, the set will power on automatically.
3. User Initialize
Initialize user setting.
Procedure:
1. Press the [

] button to turn the power on for

ve seconds.
2. The message “CLEARING” appears and the initialization of
user setting is executed.
3. When the initialization is
fi
nished, the message “CLEARED !”
appears, the set will power on automatically.
FL DISPLAY TEST MODE
All
fl
uorescent segments are tested. When the test is activated, all
segments light on at the same time, then each segment turns on one
after another.
Procedure:
1. While pressing the [SPEAKERS] and the [DIMMER] buttons,
press the [

] button to turn the power on.
2. All segments turn on.

Releasing method:
Press a button other than the [DISPLAY MODE] button.
SWAP ALL MODE
The signal will be swap to all channels so that all speakers will
have sound output
Note:
It is necessary to connect speakers to this unit.
Procedure:
1. While pressing the [MOVIE] and [PURE DIRECT] buttons,
press the [

] button to turn the power on.
2. The message “SWAP MODE” appears.
3. Check that sound is outputted from all channel available based
on the speaker pattern setting.
