Setting
Set the DIP switch (S2) on the Main CPU/Robot IF board.

The inside of the cart is dark, so use a light to illuminate
the area for work.
(1) Turn on the DOOR OPEN key on the control panel
located on the upper right of the door to open the door.
(2) Turn off the power switches of the Robot and Main at
the lower right of the front panel.
(3) Unplug the power cable from the AC inlet on the rear
side of the main unit.

Removing the power supply cover when the power is
turned on may short-circuit the connection to the
power supply.
(4) If the elevator block is suspended in the middle, move
it down to the bottom.
(5) Remove the three screws, and remove the two claws
on the power supply cover from the two grooves in the
main frame, and then remove the power supply cover
in the direction of the arrows.
. Barcode check by a test mode 40
Check the barcode by a test mode 40 with the control
panel.
(Refer to the “ Test Mode ” of the maintenance manual for
the operating procedure.)
