1-4-4. SY-337 Board
Removal
1. Remove the cabinet. (Refer to Section 1-3.)
2. Remove the switching regulator.
(Refer to Section 1-4-2.)
3. Remove the PR-291 board. (Refer to Section 1-4-3.)
4. Remove the four screws, then remove the SY-337
board.
5. Disconnect the two harnesses and the flexible flat
cable from the connectors (CN601, CN402 and
CN553) on the SY-337 board.

6. Remove the four screws, then remove the PC card
connector from the connector (CN551) on the SY-337
board.
7. Remove the thirty-eight solders, then remove the
modular jack, keyboard switch and terminal block.
8. Remove the four heat conductive rubbers (2) from
IC202 and IC401 on the SY-337 board.

Keep the removed heat conductive rubbers (2).
9. Remove the heat conductive rubber (2) and heat
conductive rubber (4) from IC4 on the SY-337 board.

Keep the removed heat conductive rubber (2) and heat
conductive rubber (4).
Installation
10. Install the SY-337 board in the reverse order of steps 4
to 9.
11. Assemble this unit in the reverse order of steps 1 to 3.
