(1) If the unit does not set into the standby state even when connected to an AC outlet.
(The standby LED on the control panel does not light up.)

Is PS7501 (IC link) open?
Check if D7504 is short-circuited.
If short-circuited, replace.
As Pin A22 of CN7502 (SUB+5V) and
Pin A20 (GND) may have short-circuited
at the load side, check with a tester.
Is R7502 open?
Check if IC7501 is damaged.
Is R7501 open?
Check if IC7601 and
IC7801 are damaged.
Is F7101, R7101, and
R7102 open?
Check if IC7201, R7205 of the GC
board connected to CN7103 of the
GAB board (Q7101, Q7102, and R7162)
and R7012, R7042, and R7074 of
GAA board (R7205) are damaged.
F101 of the GF board open?
Check if IC7201 and R7205 of four
GC boards other than the GC board
connected to CN71031 of the GAB
board and Q7151, Q7152, Q7001,
Q7002, Q7031, Q7032, and Q7061,
and Q7062 are damaged.”
