Update the software of your TV and audio system to the latest version.
Connect a High-Speed HDMI® cable to the HDMI port on your TV and audio system with the
ARC label.
Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the
(ARC) HDMI IN
of the TV, and then connect the
other end to the
(ARC) HDMI OUT
of the audio system.
Some Audio/Video (A/V) receivers have ARC ports labeled
Out A
and
Out B
.
Check the settings and make sure the correct port is selected in the device menu.
On your TV and audio system, set the
Control for HDMI
option to
On
.
Perform a power reset on both devices.
1.
Turn off your TV and audio system.
2.
Unplug the power cords and disconnect the HDMI cables from the devices and wait for one
minute.
3.
Plug the power cords back in.
