AUTO VOL (volume)
Press to reduce fluctuations in the volume
while playing back audio sources or
programs (ADVANCED AUTO VOLUME
function). This function is useful, for
example, when the sound of a commercial is
louder than that of the TV programs.
• The AUTO VOL (volume) function is not
appropriate for listening to CDs.
• The AUTO VOL (volume) function is activated
only when Dolby Digital, DTS and Linear PCM
are being input to the system. If you change to
another input source, the sound may be louder
than it was before.
