Are harness connections among
CN402 (G-3) through CN409 (J-3) on
the CP-364 board proper?

Are signals A and B (pin 1 : + 5 V, pin 2 :
signal A, pin 3 : signal B, pin 4 : GND) of
encoder present to the input side of
IC303 (H-3), IC304 (H-3), IC306 (G-3)
and IC307 (G-3) on the CP-364 board?
NG

Parts defect of IC303, IC304, IC306 and
IC307, or soldering defect
Connect harness connectors properly
and re-test

IC defect of IC200 or soldering defect

Rotary encoder defect

Disconnection on the line, or soldering
short

Is inverted signal of encoder present to
the output side of IC303, IC304, IC306
and IC307 on the CP-364 board?
