When an album selection window
appears
If multiple matches are found for an album,
an album selection window appears. Select
one of the items from the search results.
Select the album and click [Title info] to view
or edit the title information (see “To view or
edit the obtained title information” on this
page).
When the search completes, a list of albums
for which matches were made appears.
Click the check box for items that you do not
want to save in order to remove the check
mark.
Select the album and click [Title info] to view
and edit the title information (see “To view
or edit the obtained title information” on this
page).

Click [Save] to save the title
information to the USB storage
device.
The title information that is obtained is stored
as “import.dat” on the USB storage device.

Click [End] to close the “Title
Updater” software.

Perform “Safely Remove Hardware”
on the computer, and then remove
the USB storage device from the
computer.
Notes
If you cannot access the Gracenote® database, see “To
set up a network connection on your computer” (page
51) to make the proper network settings.
Make sure not to end the “Title Updater” software until
saving of the file has completed.
If you click [Search] again after saving information
to the USB storage device, another search is initiated.
Click [Save] again to save the file (“import.dat”) on the
USB storage device.
Title information obtained in on-line searches may not
all reflect the actual titles.
To view or edit the obtained title
information
You can view and edit the details (track name,
artist name, etc.) of the album information that has
been obtained.

Do steps 1 to 7 of “Searching for title
information on the computer” (page
48).

When the list of albums for which
title information has been obtained
appears in the display, select the
album and click [Title info].
The title information display appears.

Edit the title information.
To edit an album name or artist name, click
the respective name box in the upper part of
the window.
To edit a track name or artist name in a track
list, first select the track, and then click the
respective name box. The information can be
changed.
Each title can be up to 56 characters long.
If you do not want to edit the title, click
[Cancel].

When editing completes, click
[Update].
The title information is updated and the
display returns to the list of albums in step 2.
