and take-up reels according to the film path.

Secure the film by turning the fixing rods.

Note on the interlock switches
The interlock switches are provided on the film mount
table and on the rear panel. When the front and rear
doors are all closed, the switches are turned ON, and
power is supplied to the film transport block. If you
open one of the doors, the switch sets itself to OFF,
and power cannot be supplied to the film transport
block even if the power switch is set to ON. Once the
interlock switch is turned OFF with a door open, wait
at least 30 seconds before resetting the interlock
switch.

: Directions of film transport
Load the film following the instructions below.
1
Open the front doors of the film mount table.

Turn the center knobs counterclockwise until the
black claws are pulled in.

Mount the film onto the supply reel table.
Align the grooves of the core and axis to mount the
film.

Mount the take-up reel onto the take-up reel table
aligning the grooves of the core and axis.

Fix the reels by turning the center knobs clockwise
until the black claws pop out.
Note
If the claws do not pop out, turn the knob
counterclockwise three times, and turn it clockwise
until the claws pop out.

Route the film according to the arrows on the film
mount table.
