Chapter 4 Using the BSV-M1 Administration Menu
The “Alert Email” page appears.

Click “Reload” to update the display with the latest information.

Click to select whether or not error messages are to be sent.
Do not send e-mail message.
Error messages are not sent.
Recipient’s e-mail Address
Error messages are sent. After selecting this option, enter the e-mail
address to which the error messages are to be sent. Also, in the “SMTP
Server” field, enter the address of the SMTP server.

Click “Submit”.
A message appears indicating that settings are complete.

Click “OK”.
The information set above is reflected in the “Alert Email” page.
If you enter the e-mail address and click “Submit”, a test mail is sent.
Recheck the settings if the test mail is not received.
Notes
• For information on error messages sent and remedies for errors, refer to
“List of Error Messages Sent by Alert Email” (page 50) in the
“Appendix” chapter.
• When an error occurs, the error message is sent every six hours.
Password
Use this item to set or change the system administrator password. The
administrator password is extremely important for system security. When
accessing the BSV-M1 Administration Menu, be sure to change the system
