Troubleshooting
I cannot synchronize or transfer
data between my phone and my
computer, when using the USB
cable provided
Possible cause:
The cable has not
been properly installed and detected
on your computer, or the software
that came with your phone has not
been properly installed on the
computer.

Error messages
Insert SIM
Possible cause:
There is no SIM
card in the phone or you may have
inserted it incorrectly.

Remove the SIM card and
clean it. Also check that the card
is not damaged so that you cannot
connect it to the phone connectors.

only work with certain SIM cards.
