Do not use cleaning agents in the acid range (pH value less than 7) directly in the stainless steel tank when halogenides (fluorides,
chlorides or bromides) are introduced at the same time from soiling of the parts to be cleaned or the cleaning liquid. The same also applies to sodium
chloride (NaCl) solutions.
Use the listed cleaning agents (www.sonoswiss.ch).
The stainless steel tank can be destroyed within a short time by pitting corrosion.
Such substances may also be contained in household cleaners.
Risk of damage to the oscillation system!
Do not fill liquids > 60 °C and < 10 °C into the ultrasonic tank.
Insertion of the parts to be cleaned
ATTENTION
Only objects or liquids may be exposed to ultrasound. Do not clean any living being or plants!
CAUTION
Do not reach into the cleaning liquid during ultrasonic operation and do not touch any parts carrying ultrasound!
Human cell walls can be damaged by prolonged exposure to ultrasound.
Switch off the machine for loading and unloading the baskets / parts.
Do not place any parts or containers directly on the bottom of the tank.
Either use a cleaning basket, cleaning cup, plastic acid bath or place parts suspended in the liquid.
Degas liquid
Newly prepared cleaning liquid is saturated with air which hinders the cleaning effect of the ultrasound.
These microscopic air inclusions can be eliminated by exposing the liquid to ultrasound for several minutes before the cleaning process.
Degas newly prepared cleaning liquid for approx. 5 - 10 minutes, depending on the size of the machine.
