6. Machine description – Functions description
Ultrasonic operation
The cleaning time can be set in the following steps:
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 minutes, continuous (switch-off after 8 hours)
The ultrasound starts after pressing the Start / Stop button and is ended automatically after the set time.
The ultrasound can be stopped manually by pressing the Start / Stop button.
If the cleaning time is adjusted at the rotary switch during ultrasonic operation, the time elapses according to the newly set ultrasound duration
without the ultrasound switching off during the changeover.
Degas
Press Degas / Boost button briefly until the mode is reached. Degas / Boost LED flashes.
Special distortion of the ultrasonic wave accelerates the degassing of the liquid.
Boost
Press Degas / Boost button briefly until the mode is reached. Degas / Boost LED lights continuously.
For temporary increase of peak power for stubborn soiling.
PRE
SET
A frequently used and proven setting of time, temperature and ultrasonic mode can be stored and recalled.
The programming and the call-up of the program are described in detail in "8. Operation".
Tank temperature
The tank temperature can be set in the following steps:
heater off, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80 °C
The tank temperature is controlled using a two-point controller by switching the heater on and off.
The hysteresis between the switching points is 3 °C.
Safety switch-off time
The machine switches off automatically 8 hours after the last operation of any control knob.
