When the following error codes are shown on the display,please
contact customer support: E01
E02
The code E02 indicates that the heating process to achieve
the set cooking temperature could not be completed within
10 minutes.The heating process is aborted.Possible cause:the
device is exposed to a strong cooling wind or a very cold en-
vironment,or both.The error may be acknowledged by pressing
the knob,and then the display will be returned to its normal
position.Should the error repeatedly occur under normal condi-
tions,for example,at room temperature,there may be a defect.In
this case please contact customer support.
Err, Hot If Err and Hot are displayed,the device has overheated in the
lower part,where the control electronics are located.Under nor-
mal operations,this area should not be hotter than 50º C.Should
overheating nonetheless occur,the device will switch off.Please
allow it to cool before operating again.
