LCD DRIVER
There are 4 common pins and 32 segment pins in the SN8P1829. The LCD scan timing is 1/4 duty and 1/2,1/3 bias
structure to yield 128 dots LCD driver. Of these pins, eight segment pins are shared with Port 2 and P2/SEG functions
can be selected by programming LCDM1 register.

LCD blank control bit.
0 = Normal display
1 = All of the LCD dots off.
