In the event of a malfunction, try deleting the device and adding it to the
application again. In the SETTINGS menu, select the Remove device
option, then confirm your choice. This option is available on the Home
screen as well, under the ‘●●●‘ menu.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The operation of the device is complex; therefore, it is possible that certain
settings and/or operations will require assistance from a professional. In
the event of an issue, it is recommended for users to reset the device to
factory settings (RESET) and perform the setup process once again. Use
a paper clip to hold down the hidden button (min. 3s) under the rubber
cover, after which you will hear an audible indication that the operation
was successful.
If the device malfunctions, check the following key aspects:
- whether it has been connected in accordance with the instructions,
including the internet connection
- whether the battery is charged or the mains supply is available
- whether the latest version of the application is installed
