WARNINGS
• Before using this product, please read the following instructions carefully and retain it for further reference.
• RISK OF SUFFOCATION! Keep the packaging out of reach of children!
• Protect the device from shocks, damp, dust, chemicals, extreme temperature changes, electromagnetic fields, and direct heat radiation.
• Do not place the scale on a soft surface (such as carpet), as this can lead to inaccurate measurements.
• Do not jump on the scale, or off from it.
• Do not step on the edge of the scale with one leg, because it can lead to the tipping of it.
• Danger of slipping! Do not step on the scale with wet legs!
• The scale is intended to use only for weighing of persons.
• This device is made for household use, not for medical or commercial purposes.
• Pay attention to the correct polarity by replacing the battery!
• It is forbidden to open, burn or short circuit the batteries!
• It is forbidden to recharge the non-rechargeable batteries! Risk of explosion!
• The unit and the batteries must not be thrown in the household waste!
• In case of any malfunction, please check the battery and replace it, if needed.
• If you do not use the scale for longer period, remove the battery from it. Otherwise liquid can leak out, onto the inner components of the device, causing irreversibly
damage.
OPERATION
• Place 1 pc of CR 2032 type button battery to the battery compartment on the bottom of the scale.
• Choose the desired measuring unit and place it to right position.
• Place the device to a flat, smooth, hard surface.
• Step on the scale.
• After a few seconds, the measured weight will appear on the display.
• After the measuring is completed, and you step off from the scale, the unit will switch off automatically after a few seconds.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
Remove the cover of the battery compartment at the bottom of the scale and remove the battery from it. Place in a new 3V, CR2032 type button battery,
then put back the cover of the battery compartment.
CLEANING
Use a soft, moistened cloth for cleaning the scale, then wipe it dry. Never immerse the scale to water, or rinse under running water. Do not use aggressive
or abrasive cleaners.
ERROR MESSAGES
• The
„Err”
symbol displaying indicates an error during the measurement of body fat or body water.
• In case of
„Lo”
symbol is displayed, the battery has to be replaced in the device.
• Open the cover of the battery compartment at the bottom of the scale and replace the battery (type: CR2032), then put back the cover of the battery
compartment. Pay attention to the polarity by replacing the battery!
