MAXIMUM VOLUME
All loudspeakers must be adjusted before normal use. For the first 30 to 50 hours of operation, the volume should only be operated at 50%!
Higher volume levels may - in some cases - result in distorted, lower quality sound. This may be caused by an excessively high input signal. To avoid
this, reduce the signal level of the external equipment or, if necessary, the main volume (
VOLUME
). The maximum volume of the system is the one that
can still be heard in good quality without distortion.
● Increasing the volume further will not increase the output power and will increase the distortion of the system! This is detrimental to the speakers
and can lead to failure!
● If a microphone is connected, place it as far away from the sound box as possible to avoid excitation! Do not point the sound box towards the
microphone, as excitation will damage the speakers! When using a microphone, increase the volume carefully and, if you notice any excitation,
immediately rewind the control and, if necessary, move the sound box to another position!
TONE CONTROL
Tone can be set either on the control panel of the sound box or on the remote controller. Note that different signal sources and different volume levels
require different settings. Otherwise, the sound quality may deteriorate. Tone modes:
X-BASS
button and
EQ
modes with the
and
buttons,
and using the
EQ
button on the remote controller.
X-BASS:
increased bass sound
EQ:
EQ 1-2-3 mode (select the EQ menu using the button, then chose the desired tone using the
buttons – or use the
EQ
button on the
remote controller)
● The operation of controls may vary depending on the function used.
● Controls may influence the operation of other controls as well.
WIRELESS BT CONNECTION
The device can be paired with other devices using the BT (Bluetooth) communication protocol, within a range of up to 10 metres. After pairing, music
can be played from mobile phones, tablets, notebooks or other similar devices. With a short press of the
INPUT
button, select the
BT
function. Place
the device to be paired near the sound box and in accordance with the user instructions of the given device, locate the nearby devices with a wireless
BT connection, including this sound box. Pair the devices. After successful pairing, the flashing
BT
symbol will be lit continuously. You can then listen to
the desired program on the sound box. The application of the playback device (e.g. a mobile phone) can be remotely controlled in general using the
/
/
buttons on the control panel and on the remote controller.
● A single sound box can be paired with one BT device at a time.
● In case wireless connection is lost, keep pressing the
INPUT
button, as necessary, until the BT function is selected again and pairing of the
device is re-activated. If necessary, switch the voice box or BT mode off and on again on the mobile device.
● If a phone call is received on the connected mobile phone while listening to music, music playback is paused. Start playback after the conversation
if it is not automatically resumed.
● The actual range depends on the other device and the environmental conditions. (e.g. walls, human bodies, other electrical appliances,
movement...)
● Abnormal operation or noise may be caused by nearby electrical appliances, this does not indicate a malfunction of the device!
● Abnormal operation may be caused by the specific characteristics of the external device, this does not indicate a malfunction of the equipment!
The BT function may occasionally be limited depending on the external device.
● If you are listening while charging, there may be occasional mains noise in the speakers. This device was designed for use with battery power.
●
TWS mode
(
/
TWS
button): pairing of two equivalent type sound boxes with the same BT name with one another and a mobile phone. In this
case, the two sound boxes are able to play the right and left sound channels in a wireless stereo sound system. Set both sound boxes into BT
mode. Press and hold the
/TWS button for 3 seconds on one of the sound boxes, until the HOST sign appears on the display. This indicates
that the two sound boxes were successfully paired with one another. It is now enough to connect only one of the sound boxes with the mobile
phone, in the usual way.
USING THE RADIO
Pull out the antenna and select
FM
radio mode using the button. The reception frequency band will show on the display. To start automatic tuning
and storage press and hold for 3 seconds the control panel's
button. After setting is complete, the device will play the first radio station found. Select
other set radio stations with a short pressing of the
toggle buttons. The given radio station is indicated by program numbers
P 01…P 50
on the
display. With a longer pressing of the toggle buttons, the nearest radio station can be located.
The automatic tuning and storage function can also be activated by pressing and holding down of the remote controller's
button. With a short
pressing of the
toggle buttons, the set stations can be toggled, while with a longer pressing and holding down of a toggle button, the radio will
tune in to the adjacent station.
● The search will stop if it detects changing signal strength - this does not always mean a radio station has been found.
● The reception of the radio depends largely on where it is being used and the current reception conditions.
● Do not place large metal objects or electrical equipment near the device!
● Carefully unplug the telescopic antenna on the back and adjust it to the best reception direction. The positioning of the equipment also affects the
quality of reception.
MP3/WMA/WAV COMPATIBLE FROM A USB/
microSD DEVICE
The player is ready to play when the device is switched on. Carefully insert the
USB
or
microSD
storage device, and the device will automatically
change to USB/SD mode and start playback. When necessary, use the button to activate the function or to switch between two media storage
devices.
The display will show the sequence number of the currently played file and the remaining playback time; or the sequence number of the file during
selection. To start playback press the
button, but playback will also start automatically when the external device is inserted. You can also use the
same button to pause playback (
PAUSE
) or to select the desired programme using the step buttons
. Pressing and holding down the same buttons
will activate the fast search function.
Some extra functions can only be activated when the MP3 player is switched on. Using the
RPT
(REPEAT) button on the remote controller, the playback
mode can be selected.
ONE
: repeat current track,
ALL
: repeat all tracks.
