OPERATION
1. Connect the plug of the soldering iron to the socket on the side of the soldering-station.
2. Place the soldering iron holder according to the preferred size and angle, then put in the
soldering iron.
3. Connect the plug of the soldering station to the mains, then turn on the switch located on its
front.
4. The surface to be soldered needs to be cleaned thoroughly
5. After the heating dip the soldering tip into the soldering tin. The soldering iron is now ready
for use.
6. Only use as much soldering tin as necessary.
CLEANING
In order for the device to work properly, with a frequency depending on the severity of the
contamination, but at least once a month the device should require cleaning. Before cleaning
turn the device off, then cut the power by removing the plug from the socket, and if it is after
usage leave it to cool down for at least 20 minutes, before starting to clean! Clean the device with
a soft, dry cloth. Do not use aggressive chemicals! The inside of the device, and the electrical
parts cannot come into contact with liquids!

The soldering iron does not heat up.
Check the mains socket, check the position of
the toggle switch, check the connection of the
soldering iron.
The tip of the soldering tin is burnt.
Replace the tip of the soldering iron.
DISPOSAL
Waste equipment must be collected and disposed separately from household waste
because it may contain components hazardous to the environment or health. Used
or waste equipment may be dropped off free of charge at the point of sale, or at any
distributor which sells equipment of identical nature and function. Dispose of product at
a facility specializing in the collection of electronic waste. By doing so, you will protect
the environment as well as the health of others and yourself. If you have any questions,
contact the local waste management organization. We shall undertake the tasks pertinent
to the manufacturer as prescribed in the relevant regulations and shall bear any associated
costs arising.
