INSTALLATION
1. Before installation, carefully remove packaging, and make sure not to damage the unit or the connecting cable. If you find any damage, the unit must not
be operated!
2. Set the stand on hard, horizontal surface!
3. Always keep the minimum installation distances indicated in Figure 2. Always observe the health and safety regulations valid in the country of use!
4. Plug the unit into a standard grounded wall socket. Now the unit is ready for operation.
5. Once you connect your device to the power network, it will start to heat, the red and green lights will on. Leave it to operate empty for approx. for 10
minutes.
6. You can feel slight smoke smell at the first usage. This is harmless and quickly evaporates.
7. Now the unit is ready for use.
PREPARING WAFFLES
Waffle recipe
Ingredients
• 50 dkg flour • 20 dkg melted margarine • 4 pcs eggs • 4 tablespoon sugar • 5 dl milk • 1 packet of vanilla sugar • 1 packet of baking powder • 1 pinch of
salt • oil (for baking)
Baking
Preparing the batter
• Except oil – mix the ingredients in a bigger bowl.
• Let the covered batter to rest for half an hour in the fridge.
• When the appliance reached the temperature need for waffle baking, then the green light will go out. The unit will warm up quicker, if is shut down.
• Release the handle lock and open up the waffle maker. Don’t touch the hot baking plates.
• Take a ladle of waffle dough on lower baking plate just to hit the top of the plate pattern. Shut the upper baking plate and close it with the handle lock.
• You can bake the waffles approx. for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Release the lock and open up the upper baking plate. Remove the waffles with
wooden or heat resistant plastic shovel. Do not use metal tools, since they can damage the non-stick coating.
• If you do not bake waffles further, pull out the plug from the power socket.
CLEANING, MAINTENANCE
1. Switch off and power off the unit by unplugging it from the electric outlet before cleaning!
2. Let the appliance cool down! (10 minutes)
3. Use a slightly moistened cloth to clean the unit’s outer surface. Do not use any aggressive cleaners! Avoid getting water inside of and on the electric
components of the appliance!
4. Appliance must not be immersed to water!
5. Non-stick grill plates have to be cleaned after each use. Wipe the grill plates with a slightly moistened cloth.
6. Stubborn, baked-on food residue can be removed with a cloth dipped in mild kitchen detergents. Finally wipe the grill plates with a clean, damp cloth.
STORAGE
When the grill plates had cool down, shut the device and fix the handle lock. Store in a cool, dry place!
