23. Make sure that no foreign objects or liquid can enter the unit through the openings.
24. Protect from dust, humidity, sunlight and direct heat radiation.
25. Power off the unit by unplugging it from the electric outlet prior to cleaning.

28. Unwind the power cable completely.

SETUP
1. Before switching on for the first time, carefully remove the packaging material taking care not to damage
the appliance and power cable. Do not use the product if it is damaged in any way.
2. Only for indoor use.
3. Set the appliance on a stable, horizontal and heat resistant surface.The free flow of warm air must be
ensured for proper operation, therefore, please note the minimum installation distances indicated in
Figure
2.
4. Verify that the unit’s mode selector (5) is in the OFF “0” position.
5. Plug the unit’s standard grounded AC power cable into a grounded wall outlet. This completes the setup
of the appliance.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
In order to ensure optimum functioning, the unit may require cleaning at least once a month, depending on the
manner of use and degree of contamination.
1. Switch off and power off the unit by unplugging it from the electric outlet prior to cleaning.
2. Allow the appliance to cool (for at least 30 minutes).
3. Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the air inlet (1) and outlet (2) openings.
4. Use a slightly moistened cloth to clean the unit’s exterior. Do not use any aggressive cleaners. Avoid
getting water inside of and on the electric components of the appliance.
