Troubleshooting
Observation
The window covering does
not react at all when a button
on the Telis 1 Chronis RTS
is pressed.
A window covering stops
during activation.
The command is being sent at a
different time than the
programmed time.
One or more window coverings
systematically does not respond
to a programmed automatic
command.
Possible Causes
The batteries are low.
The remote control
transmitter is not
programmed.
External radio equipment
is interfering with the
radio reception.
The motor(s) or receiver(s)
are in thermal shut-off
mode.
The window covering has
encountered an obstacle.
Another control device is
sending a command to
the motor or receiver
The "Simulated presence"
function is activated.
A signal from another
automatic device in your
home is causing interference.
Solution
Replace the batteries.
See section "Adding/ deleting
a Telis 1 Chronis RTS".
Turn off any nearby radio
appliances.
Wait for the motor to cool
down, then press the desired
button again.
Remove the obstacle
and try again.
Wait until activation of the
window covering has finished,
then try again.
Deactivate "Simulated presence"
function.
Change the programmed time
of the automatic command.
