Programming the remote control
After battery installation, remote control automatically opens the
settings mode, starting with “Year” flashing on the screen. If there is
no power supply for an extended time (batteries are depleted or
removed) selecting automatic mode will activate the “settings” mode.
Settings mode follows this order:

1. “YEAR” (current year)
2. “MONTH” (number of the current month)
3. “DAY” (number of the current day)
4. “TIME” (current hour)
5. “TIME” (minutes)
6. “AREA” (country of residence)*
7. “WORK” (daily/weekend)**
Press the arrow buttons (
G
) to modify settings
(press and hold the button to scroll through the list faster).
To save a setting and move to the next, briefly press the selection
button (
F
).
Exit the settings mode any time by pressing and holding the
selection button (
F
). Saved settings will remain.
* “AREA” (country of residence)
Note: The Telis 1 Chronis RTS is pre-programmed at the factory to
automatically switch between summer and winter conditions based
on the country of residence. Select the location of residence such as
the United States (US). Select “OFF” to deactivate automatic time
change functions (daylight savings) and make the change manually.
** “WORK” (daily/weekend)
1. Select the workdays you want to program using the
arrow buttons (
G
).
2. Briefly press the selection button (
F
) to confirm the setting; by
default, the days not circled will be vacation or weekend days.
Exit the settings mode any time by pressing and holding the selection
button (
F
). Saved settings will remain.

Set-Up
The Telis 1 Chronis RTS screen switches automatically to sleep mode after two minutes of inactivity.
When the screen is off or in sleep mode, press any button to turn it on. When editing settings, pressing and
holding the selection button (F) allows you to return to manual or automatic mode.
Only saved settings are retained.
