Solutions
The roller shutter does not
operate.
The Somfy io control point battery
may be low.
Check the battery and replace
it as required.
The position of the roller shutter
(angled out/angled in) does not
correspond to the position of the
Angled out/Angled in switch on
the Smoove Tw io control point.
The roller shutter is in manual Angled
in mode.
Use the Smoove Tw io control
point to start an Angled out and
an Angled in sequence so that
they correspond to the roller
shutter's Angled out/Angled in
positions.
The Angled out sequence does
as before.
The favourite "my" position has been
set to a different value.
Go to the
"Additional settings"
section, Favourite position
(my)
.
A

order on the control point
causes the roller shutter to
perform an Angled in sequence.
This is normal if the transmitter being
used is not a Smoove Tw io control
point.
Use a Smoove Tw io control
point to command your shutter
to perform an Angled out/
Angled in sequence.
An Angled out order has been
requested but the roller shutter
remains closed and in the
Angled in position.
An obstacle has prevented the
Angled out sequence from being
performed correctly. To protect the
roller shutter, the drive has closed
it and performed an Angled in
sequence.
Remove the obstacle
preventing the Angled out
sequence.
An Angled in order has been
requested but the roller shutter
remains angled out.
An obstacle is preventing the shutter
from performing the Angled in
sequence.
Remove the obstacle
preventing the shutter from
performing the Angled in
sequence.
An Angled in order has been
requested but nothing happens.
A power failure is preventing the
shutter from performing the Angled in
sequence.
Manually move your roller
shutter to the Angled in position
(refer to the roller shutter
manual).Switch the power
supply back on.
If the roller shutter does not work, contact a home motorisation and automation professional.
