Setting the detection range
The upper beam is fixed: it always remains parallel to the ground.
The lower beam can be adjusted (see below).
Given that the beams (lower and upper) must be broken simultaneously to trigger an alarm, the detector range
is limited to the range of the lower beam.

Set the range by gently sliding the lens in its housing.

Ensure that the lens remains parallel with the holder. DO
NOT TWIST IT.

Replace the lens holder in the front cover, aligning
the three marks (X, Y and Z) on each side of the lens
holder with the three notches (X’, Y’ and Z’) on the
front cover, ensuring that the 6 clips are correctly
inserted.

Setting the sensitivity
The sensitivity selection switch has 3 positions:
H
(High),
M
(Medium) y
L
(Low).
The default sensitivity setting is
M
.
To adjust the sensitivity, select
L
or
H
.
If the angle of the beams has been changed, because of an obstacle, the sensitivity must be set to H.
