CONNECTION WITH AEROCOOL COOLING UNIT
The planned operation of the cooling unit is fully automatic. Check cooling unit operation mode. The advanced set-
ting parameter P.36 must be normal / automatic mode (nor).
Connect the cooling unit to the remote connector at the base of the power unit. It may be necessary to remove the
protective cover.
Please, make sure that once the cooling unit and power unit are interconnected, the connection is well secured to
avoid false contacts of the interconnecting cable.
During the first use you may need to check the priming of the coolant in the circuit. The machine will try to do it auto-
matically. Alarm message 10 may appear during the process.
For more information on the operating modes of the cooling unit, please, see the description of advanced setting pa-
rameter P.36 in this manual and/or the Aerocool cooling unit manual.
REMOTE CONTROL CONNECTION
We recommend using original accessories. If you need to connect other accessories or remote control units, ensure
that the connection is compatible. Erroneous or faulty connections may cause machine malfunctions or even a break-
down.
The remote control potentiometer can be from 4K7 ohms to 20K ohms. A value of 10K ohms is recommended.
See figure below for reference in the connection of remote control systems compatible with the Aeroprocess 4200 DV
machine.
ATTENTION
If your equipment configuration DOES NOT have a cooling unit, You must select disabled, "dis", in P.36 ad-
vanced setting parameter. Otherwise, Alarm 22 will be displayed.
