DC plug connectors with sealing 
plugs into DC input connectors of 
the inverter to ensure protection 
degree. 

 

6.7.4 Disassembling the DC connectors

Damage to the inverter due to moisture and dust 
penetration 

Seal the unused DC inputs with sealing plugs so that 
moisture and dust cannot penetrate the Inverter. 

• 

Make sure all DC connectors are securely sealed. 

 

 

Danger to life due to high voltages on DC conductors 

When exposed to sunlight, the PV array generates 
dangerous DC voltage which is present in the DC 
conductors. Touching the DC conductors can lead to lethal 
electric shocks. 

• Cover the PV modules.

 

• Do not touch the DC conductors.
