5. Decalcifying
Procedure:
•
Switch the appliance to standby mode.
•
Remove waste coffee container.
•
Shut OFF water faucet.
•
Disassemble water reservoir cover:
- Open side door and remove the brewing unit.

Loosen both screws on the centre wall and remove the water reservoir cover.

Insert brewing unit and close side door.
•
Carefully loosen the front connecting element by the magnetic valve. Connect the
silicon hose to the connecting element and place in the container of decalcifying agent.
•
Start decalcifying procedure: As per original user‘s manual.
•
Prepare the decalcifying product SOLIPOL in a container in a 1:1 ratio (mix 1 litre
SOLIPOL with 1 litre water).
•
If water indicator flashes, rinse water tank and fill with fresh water.
•
Press decalcifying push button again. Now the system will be rinsed with fresh water
until the indicator for water extinguishes.
•
Detach silicon hose, assemble connecting element with sealing bolt and reconnect to
the water supply. Open water faucet.
•
Switch on appliance. After checking tightness, reassemble the water reservoir cover.
