Note:
The origin of the coffee beans as well as their freshness and degree of roasting
influence the optimal brewing temperature. We recommend a temperature setting
between 90 °C and 95 °C to extract the optimal taste.
PROGRAMMING THE CURRENT TIME (SET CLOCK)
Press the

is displayed (or the most recent time setting).
