Product guarantee
This warranty does not cover the following
• Fading of the color of the product (even when caused by impact of
UV radiation)
• Any kind of soiling by environmental influences or other influences,
which were not caused by Plaspack Netze GmbH.
• Foldings or light refractions: result from manufacturing and when
folding the sail
• Ripples in the seam- and length of material areas: can result along
the side seams, in the area of the stitching and in the middle of the
lengths. The cloth is double laid along the seams. Thus various pull
behaviors occur. Through the tension in mounted condition this
effect can be favored.
• Bulging and waviness: can result through development of water
bags.
• Density of the seams: especially with new sails, depending on the
inclination of the sail, it can happen that repeatedly water passes
through the seams. This condition is state of the art. That means,
Austrosail PES and Austrosail Nano are partly water resistant (acc.
water column statement). According to the desired image of the seam the
cloth lengths are sewn with a special tear-resistant double laid seam.
Due to the pinholes it can happen, especially in the beginning,
that water permeates through the pinholes. Due to general
environmental influences like deposits and general air pollution
these seams become denser over time.
• Irregularities in the cloth as for instance dashes of color or slight
irregularities can occur due to product-technical reasons and are
state of the art in weaving- and coating technology and cannot be
completely excluded.
• Measurement error of – 3%.
6. During the guarantee period defective sunsails can be sent to Plaspack
Netze GmbH carriage forward. You then receive a new or repaired
sunsail free of charge.
In the case of return delivery get in contact with our Soliday service

consultation.
After the expiration of the guarantee period you also have the
possibility to send the defective sunsail to us for repair.
After the expiration of the guarantee period necessary repairs are fee-
based including shipping. Your legal rights are not restricted by this
guarantee. Please do not forget the receipt, resp. the invoice in case
of a possible return.

Exclusion of liability
The existing instructions serve exclusively
for self-installation. Requirements to the
mounting are essentially dependent on
the local conditions and factors, as for
instance quality of the structure or of the
ground, local wind conditions, etc. … If
you have technical questions concerning
mounting attachment points you should
get the opinion and support from an ex-
pert, resp. builder in your area. We gladly
provide information on questions concer-
ning the mounting of the sail. Slight color
deviation, resp. color shading is state of
the art. The company Plaspack Netze
GmbH does not assume responsibility and
liability for the mounting.
