Achtung: Zur Sicherheit muß nach der Klemme das Seil zusätzlich mit einem halben Schlag
bzw. mit einem Knoten nochmals gesichert werden.
3. The manufacturer is not liable for causal damages or consequential
damages of any kind. The manufacturer may decide to comply
with the guarantee by repair or replacement delivery (but not
another component). With sunsails made to measurement the guarantee
can only be validated on the originally indicated dimensions.
New deliveries with altered dimensions are not valid. Further
claims shall be excluded. The manufacturer reserves the right to return
freight unpaid in the case of not unauthorized guarantee submission.
The Soliday warranty services are free of charge in the first 2 to 3 years
after the purchase.
After the third, fourth year of use the warranty service is yearly reduced
by 10% of the purchase price, so that in the third year of use 30%, in
the fourth year of use 40% and in the fifth year of use 50% etc. are to
be calculated as customer share.

Product warranty for sunsails made of Austronet fabrics (knittings)
5 years/3 years guarantee on UV radiation. The warranty amounts to
direct consequential damages which are induced by UV radiation, as
for instance tearing or disintegration of the material. The Soliday product
has a guarantee liability within 5 years/ 3 years from the date of
purchase by an authorized Soliday dealer, general agent, trading partner,
resp. directly from Plaspack Netze GmbH.
This warranty does not cover the following::
• Fading of the color of the product (also when caused through the
influence of UV radiation)
• Streaks in the material, resp. light color deviation of the sunsail
from patterns, catalogues, resp. internet. These deviations and
appearances are in accordance of the possibilities of the present
state of the art.
• Measurement error of -4%.

Product warranty for sunsails made of Austrosail fabrics
The Soliday product made of Austrosail PES has a product liability of
2 years, the Soliday product Austrosail Nano/Austrosail Acryl has a
product liability of 3 years from the date of purchase by an authorized
Soliday dealer, general agent, trading partner, resp. directly from
Plaspack Netze GmbH.
The sunsail cloth Austrosail/Austrosail Nano/Austrosail Acryl are high
performance products which must meet strict technical requirements.
Although when manufacturing only controlled cloths of first choice are
used, there are limits to perfection. There may be circumstances when
small dashes of color, resp. weaving faults occur. From the present
state of the art these causes cannot be solved due to product - techni-
cal reasons. This cannot be considered as objection, resp. as reason
for complaint.
