Tighten

the

enough

to

prevent

at

the

adjusting

in

increments

of

1/4

and

inspect

for

proper

tension.

When

an

adjustment

is

made

to

the

belt

tension,

you

must

also

make

a

tracking

adjustment

to

compensate

for

the

change

in

belt

tension.

This

is

accomplished

by

turning

both

the

tension

and

tracking

Allen

an

equal

amount.

This

should

be

both

clockwise

by

no

more

than

a

1/4

NOT

OVERTIGHTEN

–Over

tightening

will

cause

belt

and

premature

bearing

failure.

If

you

tighten

the

belt

a

lot

and

it

still

slips,

the

problem

could

actually

be

the

drive

belt

located

under

the

motor

cover

 ‐

that

connects

the

motor

If

that

is

it

to

the

walking
