6 Hydraulic connection
6.1 General information
Install filter upstream
Fit an upstream filter (<25 microns) to prevent particles
from getting into the plate heat exchanger (condenser).

Transport lock removed?
(only required
for K 12 and K 15)
6.2 Connect condensate drain
►
Plug the hot air fan
1
into the ignition pipe and
secure it using the hose clamp
2
.

Seal the drain
►
Seal the empty space between drain hose
1
and
drain pipe
2
, e.g. with adhesive tape (used to pre-
vent rising damp).

6.3 Flushing the heating circuit lines
►
Thoroughly flush the heating circuit to remove
impurities (e.g. chips, deposits).
6.4 Install the primary circuit circulation

–
The flow sensor
1
must be installed upstream of
the circulation pump when viewed in the direction
of flow.
–
The calming section
2
before and after the flow sen-
sor must not be removed.
►
Connect the primary circuit circulation pump elec-
trically
►
Connect the flow sensor electrically
6.5 Connect heating circuit
There are two options for connecting the heating circuit
line to the heat pump:
–
Inlet from the heat pump
bottom
, (from the con-
crete foundation) with the
connection set bottom
–
Inlet from the heat pump
bottom
, (from the con-
crete foundation) with the
connection set bottom
Both solutions are described in detail below.
!
CAUTION
- Due to the oscillating bearing of
the heat pump unit, the connection of the hea-
ting circuit must not be carried out as a rigid
connection.
!
CAUTION
- The connection of the heating cir-
cuit must not be carried out with stainless steel
corrugated pipes (material not suitable).
