IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Please take the time to carefully read the following warnings and recommendations, which
are provided to keep your baby safe whilst using the changing unit and maintain safe and
proper use.
REMEMBER: YOUR BABY’S SAFETY IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
ASSEMBLY AND USE:
WARNING! Assembly to be carried out by a competent
adult only. During assembly children should be kept away
from the product due to possible risk of injury.
WARNING! Be aware of the risk of open fire and other
sources of strong heat, such as electric bar fires, gas fires
etc. in the near vicinity of the changing unit.
WARNING! Do not attach any toys or toy bar when using
the product in changing unit function.
WARNING! Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from
furniture tip-over. Due to risk of overturning, this product
must be permanently fixed to the wall using the wall
attachment device provided. Ensure fastenings used are
appropriate to the wall.
WARNING! Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from
furniture tip-over. To prevent this furniture from tipping
over it must be permanently fixed to the wall.
WARNING! The changing unit is intended for use with
children up to 12 months, or up to 11kg.
WARNING! The chest of drawers is suitable for children in
the age range of 3 – 12 years.
WARNING! The maximum load for each drawer is 5 kg.
WARNING! Only use a changing mat specifically designed
for this product (66 cm x 44 cm), that is flat and no deeper
than 2 cm.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING:
WARNING! All assembly fittings should always be tightened
properly, and fittings should be checked regularly and
retightened as necessary.
WARNING! Do not use the product if any part is broken,
torn, or missing, and use only spare parts supplied or
approved by the manufacturer. DO NOT substitute parts.
Contact Snüz for replacement parts and instructional
literature if needed.
1. Regularly hand tighten all screws, avoiding over-
tightening as this may cause cross-threading and damage.
2. Take care to ensure that no screws or fixings are loose, as
this could endanger a child and they could trap parts of the
body or clothing which would pose a risk of strangulation.
3. This product is made using natural materials and may be
affected by extremely dry, humid, or damp conditions.
4. Clean with a warm, slightly damp cloth. Do not use
abrasives or harsh detergents.
5. Follow guidance provided with the changing mat for it’s
cleaning method.
WARNING! IN ORDER TO PREVENT OVERTURNING THIS PRODUCT MUST BE USED WITH THE WALL ATTACHMENT DEVICE
PROVIDED.
Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tipping over. To help prevent this item of furniture tipping over:
• Use the wall attachment device provided.
• Do not let children climb or hang on drawers, doors or shelves.
• Place the heaviest items in the lower drawers or shelves.
• Do not place TV’s or other heavy objects on top of this product, unless it has been specifically designed to support them.
• Never open more than one drawer at a time.
An attachment device is provided with your product; however, you will need to source suitable fixings for your wall type
(brick / plasterboard etc). If in doubt, please consult a qualified tradesperson. Always ensure the wall to be drilled is free
from hidden electrical wires, water and gas pipes.
