4.3 Microswitch replacement
4.3.1 Microswitch replacement

1.
Refer to "3.1.5 Disassemble the Presenter
module", disassemble the Presenter
module.
2.
Disassemble the ST1.7×10 pan head
self-tapping screw with cross screw driver,
and take off the

2 flat washer and the
microswitch.

4.3.2 Caution
The microswitch can be damaged easily after being forced, please pay attention to avoid forcing the
microswitch and pulling cables during the disassembly and maintenance.
Tools: Cross screw driver, cut plier.
4.4 Sensor replacement
BK-T6112 totally has six sensors: mark sensor, paper end sensor, 2-side detection sensor, paper out
sensor, retraction sensor, and paper near end sensor.

1.
Refer to "3.1.2 Disassemble the paper
guide's cover module", disassemble the
paper guide's cover module.
2.
Take off the thumbwheel, and then
disassemble the mark sensor module.

Note:
Position a indicates that mark
sensor is installed above the path, and
position b indicates that mark sensor is
installed below the path. There is only one
mark sensor module in each kind of
configuration.
