Heart Rate Control Function
The console will monitor your actual pulse and adjust
the resistance level automatically to keep your pulse
within your
TARGET HEART RATE ZONE.
If your current pulse > (the value of the

5), the console would decrease one resistance level automatically

For example: if your age is 30, 60% of your max. heart rate is 114. To determine your
