For certain alarms, such as occlusion alarms and the cassette detector, 

you have the option of viewing help screens to help you to solve the  

problem.

1.

  When an alarm is triggered, select 

Silence

 to mute the alarm.

2.

  If help screens are available for the 

alarm, 

Help

 appears above the right 

soft key. Press this key to view the 

help screens.
