WARNINGS
• Activation of the Over Temperature warning signal indicates
that warming has stopped and immediate operator intervention
is required to clear the over temperature condition or to remove
the device from service. Death or serious injury may occur to
the patient or user if this warning is not followed.
• If any visual indicator does not illuminate or the audible signal
does not sound, do not use the HOTLINE
®
3 Warmer. Remove
the device from service immediately. Death or serious injury
may occur to the patient or user if this warning is not followed.
• Not for use with pressure devices generating over 300 mmHg.
Pressure greater than 300 mmHg may compromise the integrity
of the HOTLINE
®
3 Fluid Warming Set.

Wait until the recirculating solution temperature display reaches
37°C, which indicates the
HOTLINE
3
Warmer is ready for use.

Adjust the rate of I.V. flow using the clamp on the intravenous
administration set.
Note: Do not kink the
Disposable Set. Do not restrict the circulation
of the solution through the tubing.
