If the driver is not in error state, it will be possible to
enable it, by setting this entry. In this case, the

parameters RAMP and SPEED REF, [1.5.5] and
[1.5.6], are different from zero, the motor will be
operated.
WARNING: if the setting of the parameters RAMP
and SPEED REF is carried out while the driver is
disabled, no ramp will be executed, but the system
will try to reach the final speed as soon as it is
enabled.
