Alarm cause
: the main board 5V output voltage is too low.
In case of such alarm, follow this procedure:
1. Verify whether the 5V output is in short circuit because of an incorrect encoder
wiring. If so, correct the wiring.
2. Verify whether the 5V output is in short circuit because the combined current of the
devices applied to 5V exceeds 200mA. In that case, find and replace the defective
device.
3. If no voltage is present on the the K2 terminal when all the loads are removed,
replace the AC-M1.
Alarm on 12V output voltage:

: the main board 12 V output voltage is too low .
In case of such alarm, follow this procedure:
1. Verify whether the 12V output is in short circuit because of an incorrect encoder
wiring. If so, correct the wiring.
2. Verify whether the 12V output is in short circuit because the combined current of the
devices applied to 12V exceeds 300mA. In that case, find and replace the defective
device.
3. If no voltage is present on the K1 terminal when all the loads are removed, replace
the AC-M1.
Throttle input fault:

: the voltage measured in the throttle circuit exceeds the calibration
range values or active throttle voltage is present when start switch is open
In case of such alarm, follow these troubleshooting steps :
1. verify if the potentiometer voltage is in the range of the calibration values. If not,
repeat the calibration procedure. (You can use the PC with serial communication
software or the COMPACT display).
2. If the potentiometer voltage is outside the right calibration values check the wirings
and the potentiometer output voltage (see page 14).
