Resolving common issues
No image is projected on the interactive screen, or a “No Input” message
appears
Issue
Solutions
The projector isn’t receiving a
video signal.
l
Ensure the video cables that connect your computer to the projector
are securely fastened, undamaged, and don’t exceed the maximum
length recommended by the projector’s manufacturer.

Ensure that the correct video input is selected on the projector.
l
Ensure that the projector is on and that it’s connected to a power
source. Contact the projector’s manufacturer for troubleshooting
assistance.

If you’re using a laptop computer, ensure it’s configured to output
video to an external display. Refer to your laptop’s user guide for
more information.
TIP
On computers with Windows operating systems, you can use the
WIN+P keyboard shortcut to open a menu for choosing the display
projection options.
The computer is in Standby
mode.
Move the computer’s mouse, touch the interactive screen, or press a
key on the keyboard to bring the computer out of Standby mode.
The computer is off.
Turn on the computer (or press the computer’s reset button), and
then log on as usual.
The projected image is blurry or not the same size as the interactive
whiteboard’s projection surface
