IMPORTANT
Ensure that the ribs, hull boss and the hull
plate will be completely level and flat
internally and externally.
IMPORTANT
When welding procedure is completed,
ensure to grind and sand the top surface to a
smooth and even surface.
Mechanical Installation
1. Remove the hull plate to make space for welding the ribs and the hull boss completely to the hull.
2. Fully weld the ribs and the hull boss to the hull.
3. Re-place the hull plate to begin welding the hull plate to the ribs and hull boss.
4.
Fully weld the hull plate to the ribs and the hull boss.
5. Fully weld the top of the hull plate to the ribs. Fully weld the top circular recess.
